Free consultations are booked through Calendly, which has its own terms of service. A consultation is a conversation to see whether we are a good fit; any coaching, consulting, workshop or online learning engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us.
The information on the Site is general in nature and is provided for education and inspiration. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for advice tailored to your situation. Every business and every leader is different, and we make no promise about the results you will achieve.
The testimonials on the Site are the genuine experiences of real clients, published with their permission. They reflect those individuals’ results, which may not be typical, and are not a guarantee of your own results.
The Site links to third-party websites and uses third-party services such as Calendly for scheduling. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or its content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
