We keep this simple: we collect only what you give us and what the Site needs to run, we use it to respond to you and send you what you asked for, and we never sell it.
WHO WE ARE
This website, www.21stCenturyExpert.com (the “Site”), is operated by KnowledgePassion, Inc. (operating 21st Century Expert), the coaching and consulting company of James Milo, PhD (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it and the choices you have. INFORMATION YOU GIVE US
When you use the contact form or sign up for the free guide, we collect the information you enter: your name and your email address, plus anything you choose to write in a message.
When you book a free consultation, the booking is handled by Calendly. Calendly collects the details you enter there (such as your name, email address and the time you choose) under its own privacy policy, and shares the booking with us so we can hold the meeting.
INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
Like most websites, the Site uses cookies and similar technologies, and may use analytics tools, to understand how visitors use it. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the time of your visit and the site that referred you. This information is used in aggregate to run and improve the Site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work, although some features may not.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
• To respond to your messages and requests.
• To send you the free guide you asked for, and occasional emails about our coaching, workshops and online learning. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to us.
• To schedule and hold consultations you book.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site.
• To comply with the law and protect our rights.
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and our practice — for example website hosting and form handling, scheduling (Calendly), email delivery and analytics — who may use it only to provide those services to us; and when required by law or to protect our rights, safety or property.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep contact and signup details for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you or you remain subscribed, and for as long as needed afterwards to meet legal, accounting or record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, by writing to success@21stCenturyExpert.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
California residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request its deletion or correction; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it); and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. CHILDREN
The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The Site links to other websites and services, including KnowledgePassion.com and Calendly. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed, and the current version is always posted on this page.
